The Bio Innovators Challenge commenced at 9:30 AM on November 4, 2023, with several esteemed schools eager to present their groundbreaking proposals in the battle against antibiotic resistance. Dr. Ram Niwas, a distinguished professor at Pal College of Technology and Management and Dr. Disha Mehta, a renowned professor at MBPG College, assumed the roles of judges, scrutinizing the innovative ideas presented.
The event was graced by the presence of the esteemed Prof. Krishna Kumar Pande(Academic Advisor, Pal College of Technology and Management), who honored the occasion as the chief guest, contributing his expertise to the proceedings. Mr. Kailash Bhagat, the President of the PSA (Public School Association), also played a pivotal role in the event, overseeing the prize distribution alongside the judges and the chief guest.
In a fierce competition, St. Theresa School emerged as the victors, presenting a remarkable solution to combat antibiotic resistance. DAV Centenary Public School was recognized as the runner-up, with an impressive proposal of their own. The Inspiration Senior Secondary School received the consolation prize, acknowledging their significant efforts in addressing this critical issue. The Bio Innovators Challenge served as an inspiring platform for young minds to contribute to the fight against antibiotic resistance and demonstrated the remarkable potential of the next generation of innovators.
