Inspire Programme

The Team Heartfulness Institute, Haldwani, conducted a three-day Inspire Programme (19 September 2023 to 21 September 2023) for teachers at DAV Centenary Public School, Haldwani. The programme introduced the teachers to the three Heartfulness practices: Meditation, Cleaning and Prayer, through sessions led by Mr. Jeevan Pandey, Mr. N. V. Singh, Mr. Saurabh Tiwari and Mr. Anil Bisht.
Day 1 : The teachers experienced relaxation and meditation. They felt the benefits of meditation, such as calmness, awareness, concentration, happiness and the presence of a divine light.
Day 2: The teachers learned cleaning. They cleared their system of emotional clutter, habits, conditioning and complexities by visualizing impurities leaving their back. They became lighter, fresher and more balanced after cleaning.
Day 3 : The teachers practiced inner connect with Almighty through Prayer. They discovered how to listen to their heart’s voice and shape their destiny.
The Heartfulness camp was a fruitful and enriching experience for all the teachers. They gained more insight into themselves and their potential. They also acquired skills to apply Heartfulness practices in their daily lives and share them with others.
