Fire Extinguisher Demonstration
‘Safety Starts with us, But Begins with You.’
A Fire Extinguisher Demonstration was conducted in DAV Centenary Public School, Haldwani on 8 Sep. 23 for classes VIII to XI. The objective of the exercise was to create awareness among the students regarding firefighting techniques and the ways to respond swiftly in times of emergency situation. Few students were trained to use fire extinguisher quickly during the time of emergency and to bring the fire under control. In this manner the students understood how to operate the fire extinguisher.
It was a life long learning session for the students.
