Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.
Yoga is not only for healthy body but also for a healthy soul. It creates good health and works best if it is practiced regularly. Keeping in mind the theme of International Yoga Day- " Yoga for wellness", Davians celebrated the day performing Yoga/Asanas along with their family members. The day was celebrated in a virtual mode. Students shared the benefits of yoga in everyday life , how it can reduce the effects of physical ailments and help us manage stress.
